We ship worldwide! All orders over £50 are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK, and Tracked and Signed internationally.

Please note that international customers may need to pay import duty and/or VAT on delivery. Rates vary from country to country so please get in touch with your local customs agency if in doubt.

All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of order.

Within the UK your item will arrive the day after shipping, internationally this varies but is usually 7-10 working days.

Your shipping confirmation email will include your tracking number.

You have 14 days from order arrival to contact me to request a return. Returns requested outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

Please ensure that your return is sent via a tracked service, as we cannot provide a refund for items which are lost in transit.

All items must be returned in the condition they were originally shipped in to be eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that once a ring has been resized it is no longer eligible for a return. Please note this also applied to rings that we have resized for you before shipping.

As soon as I receive your return, I will process your refund.

You can expect this to take 3-5 working days to appear back in your bank account.
